Bharati Mache

BSM FarmInc is her brainchild, deriving its name from hers. She worked in a managerial position in industry for 30 years, she cherished her passion for farming during her service. In May 2020, she resolved to turn this part-time hobby into a full-blown business. With a post- graduation in commerce and an enthusiasm for agriculture stemming from her childhood, she dove right into both the domestic retail delivery and global export arm of the industry. The household delivery service, SN Trader was a resounding success, and now, so is BSM FarmInc.
Sachin Konde
(Purchase & Logistics)
Sachin is a young engineer-turned-entrepreneur with almost 20 years of experience in various branches of the floral industry, such as flower purchase, distribution, operations, importing, decoration, and arrangement. He grew the business (Shree Narendra Florist) that his parents started as a small stall for garlands and loose flower distribution into the pan-India behemoth today, with one of the best retail shops in Pune in the state of Maharashtra. With his recent foray into anti-slip flooring solutions through Ibex Sure Foot, he continues to diversify his business portfolio. His late father, who was handicapped, has been an inspiration behind employing differently-abled people at Ibex Sure Foot. His previous firm, now family-run, has given him vital expertise in the distribution model and creating a sales network. One of his focus areas is to build the distribution and sales network for the business.
Rupali Konde
(Quality & Packaging)
Rupali is a young and dynamic commerce graduate with a family background in agriculture. She has exploited her skill set to expertly manage two of the most critical and customer-end departments–quality control and packaging. All the products that we ship out are thoroughly checked for quality, both in terms of freshness and cleanliness. Rupali also handles the quality and packaging departments at SN Trader, where she also monitors the delivery and customer-care fronts.
